    • Alex Polounin and Paul Jackson are finalist for the MCCA award for classified staff achievement award 
    • Professor Yuki Tanaka McFarlane is a finalist for the outstanding adjunct faculty award 
    • William Hubble district division dean of academic affairs Health Sciences is a finalist for the admistrative professional leadership award 
    • Professor Marcus Ahrens and Elizabeth Cottle senior project manager are finalists for the innovation award 
    • Shawntelle Fisher will receive the distinguished alumni award 
  • Presentation on Guided Pathways and course selection
  • Student Services – Budget Transfer
  • Authorization of Chancellor to Approve Contracts and Bid Awards

  • Chancellor Pittman was not physically present at the meeting; he joined the meeting via Zoom while he was in Madison, Wisconsin.
