Spencer Gleason

Spencer Gleason is in his fourth semester at STLCC- Meramec. He previously attended Lindenwood University and was a sports broadcaster for their radio station, 89.1 The Wood. As a student at Webster Groves High School, Gleason came up with the idea of being the public address announcer at home baseball games for the Statesmen and was featured on channel five’s sports program, Sports Plus. Gleason has been a sports writer for The Montage for a little over two semesters and is in his first semester as Sports Editor for The Montage.

Gleason’s favorite sport of them all is baseball and his dream job would be the radio broadcaster for the St. Louis Cardinals.As a player, Gleason is entering his second season as a utility infielder for the Bats in Missouri’s Men’s Senior Baseball League.
